About
U.S.Tours |
|
We are America’s receptive.
We produce customized group tour
packages. Whether you are planning
one group tour to a single destination,
or you are planning a program of
two-dozen tours each year, we can
help. As your supplier, we will
co-ordinate the purchasing, packaging
and operations of your tours so
you are free to sell.
U.S. Tours are
unescorted (unless specifically
requested) do-it-yourself, private
labeled packages that may be customized
to your specifications. We typically
offer one free fare with every 16
paid, and do not include transportation
unless requested.
Our customers
include motor coach companies, tour
operators, and a variety of non-profit
groups scattered across America.
Our greatest pride is our service.
We are customer friendly. We answer
our phones and emails. We talk with
our customers. We provide fast price
quotes and sound advice. We believe
in the work ethic of our parents
and grandparents. The e-machines
of our children are important but
they are not a substitute for human
customer service. |

Air
& Cruise Tour Penalties
Will vary
from trip to trip depending on each
airline and cruise ship’s policies.
We offer a separate Insurance Policy

as well as additional benefits. Please,
ask us for a copy. |
International
Border Crossings
On any tour leaving
the United States, it is the responsibility
of each passenger to have in their
possession proper documents. It is
the responsibility of the group leader
to advise all passengers. Currently,
to enter Canada, Mexico, most Caribbean
Ports, Bermuda and the Bahamas, native-born
U.S. Citizens must show:
1) A valid U.S.
Passport, or
2) A Government
Issued Birth Certificate (hospital
issued Birth Certificates are not
acceptable) with photo I.D. Cards.
Additionally, for
airline & cruise security it is
necessary to reserve every ticket
with each passenger’s actual
legal name, no nicknames. On all flights,
even domestic flights, every passenger
must show a government issued photo
ID with spelling exactly as it is
on the ticket.
U.S. Tours cannot
be held responsible, and cannot delay
a tour if any passenger is denied
border crossing, or boarding onto
a cruise ship or airplane. We recommend
everyone obtain a Passport. Regulations
regarding border crossings and identification
are changing. Please suggest to your
travelers that this is a good time
to get a Passport. |
